§ 01
Account use
One account per person. You're responsible for actions taken under your account. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or repeated listing violations.
§ 02
Listings
You warrant that you own, or are authorised to sell, every vehicle you list. You agree that listings are accurate and that BRTA paperwork matches the bike. Misrepresentation is a permanent ban.
§ 03
Disputes
Disputes between buyers and sellers should first attempt private resolution. Unresolved disputes go through our internal mediation. Escalation to a Bangladesh court of competent jurisdiction is your final option.
