Required information
Identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material (URL), your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
If your content was removed in error you may file a counter-notice under the same address. We restore content 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files suit.
