We refund fees when the platform fails, when a confirmed fraud was facilitated through VeloBD-introduced contact, or when a dealer's verified lead was demonstrably fake.
§ 01
Seller success fee
Refunded in full if the buyer-seller match was facilitated by VeloBD and the transaction did not close due to a confirmed paperwork or chassis discrepancy on the seller's side.
§ 02
Dealer lead charges
A lead is refunded if the buyer's phone number is invalid, the buyer denies inquiring, or the buyer's stated budget is more than 50% below the listed price. Refund window: 7 days from lead delivery.
§ 03
How to request
Email refunds@velobd.vehicle.bd with the transaction ID and reason. Response within 3 business days. Approved refunds appear within 5 business days through the original payment method.
