The problem

Bangladesh trades roughly USD 800M of used motorcycles a year through channels where the buyer knows less than the seller, and the seller knows less than the dealer. Everyone loses except the middle layer.

Our wedge

We index every public listing across the country, run them through fair-price models trained on 50,000+ closed transactions, and surface that data to both sides of every trade.
§ 03

What success looks like

Median variance between asking price and fair price drops below 8%. Time-to-sell drops below 14 days. Fraud reports per 1,000 listings drops below 2. We track these numbers publicly.
